A Trip along Castleton Lane

Castleton Lane

Driving from Tideswell, turn left at the Anchor Inn pub, and travel down the narrow Castleton Lane. After passing the Earls cement works, you start down the hill to Castleton. The trees look beautiful in all their greenery. They all arch up and meet in the middle to form a natural roof.

This dale is also known to be home to a mischievous boggart.
